WTI oil prices were around $ 24 a barrel on May 8, with 92 Ron and 95 Ron prices rising in the domestic market at 20 kyats per week, according to daily sales of petrol stations.

Compared with the prices of May 2 and May 8, 2020, 92 Ron a liter kyat 20; 95 Ron per liter rose 20 kyats higher. Premiums were unchanged.

WTI oil prices fell below zero in the third week of April, and domestic oil prices continued to decline from Kyat 550 to 605 per liter for almost five months (from January 8 to May 1).
